Who controls your information

Information we collect
When you submit an enquiry, we collect the details you choose to provide: name, organisation, email, partner type and message. With optional analytics consent, we collect anonymous session identifiers, pages visited, broad referral category and selected interactions. We do not place form contents, names, emails, IP addresses or full query strings into analytics events.
Why we use it
We use enquiry information to respond to partnership and investment interest. We use consented analytics to understand site performance and movement between the three ecosystem domains. Our lawful grounds are consent, steps requested before entering an agreement and legitimate operational interests, as recognised under the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA).
Retention and recipients
We keep personal information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes described here and as permitted or required by applicable law. Consented analytics identifiers are cleared from your browser the moment consent is withdrawn. Access is limited to authorised administrators and necessary service providers operating under appropriate safeguards. Where information leaves South Africa, it is transferred only to recipients bound by contractual protections that meet the standard required by POPIA.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection, and may withdraw consent at any time through Privacy choices in the footer. Requests can be sent to hello@coact.co.za. Complaints may be directed to the Information Regulator (South Africa).
