Governing terms
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Johannesburg, without prejudice to rights that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Protection Act or other applicable law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site is provided as is and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use.
